As your doula, I am here to help you prepare to birth your way and have a supported and nourished postpartum.

I will provide you with up to date evidence based information and promote a deep connection within yourself to feel empowered and grounded to your intuition. I come judgement free and will hold your space throughout your pregnancy, birth and postpartum period. I will honor your powerful and wonderful self with passion, support and always have your back throughout your journey. I care and respect birthing women’s rights and will always treat you with dignity and as a whole individual.
